Forge Journal of Management and Business (FJMB) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to publishing pioneering research on structural business resilience, strategic organization building, managerial innovation, and enterprise transformation. Symbolically rooted in the concept of shaping, strengthening, and constructing enduring corporate structures ("Forge"), the journal serves as a premier multidisciplinary business scholarly forum for management theorists, corporate strategists, organizational behavior experts, innovation directors, and business policy analysts worldwide. FJMB prioritizes rigorous empirical research, strategic development frameworks, quantitative market analyses, qualitative corporate case studies, and enterprise adaptation models. By bridging foundational management theories with the practical realities of building agile, high-performing organizations in volatile economic environments, the journal fosters a deep, comprehensive understanding of how proactive leadership, operational fortitude, and strategic innovation forge long-term competitive advantage.

Scope and Topics
Reflecting its mandate to advance robust organizational strategies and enterprise creation methodologies, the journal welcomes high-quality original research articles, systematic literature reviews, empirical case evaluations, and managerial decision studies within the following thematic areas:
  • Strategic Leadership, Corporate Governance & Resilience: Strategic vision formulation, board oversight, organizational fortitude during market disruptions, crisis leadership, and corporate restructuring.
  • Enterprise Innovation, Intrapreneurship & Venture Building: Corporate venture development, business model innovation, R&D management strategies, technological adaptation, and incubation ecosystems.

Publication Frequency
To ensure rigorous editorial oversight, thorough peer review, and the timely dissemination of business and management research, FJMB is published semi-annually (2 issues per year, typically scheduled for release in June and December). Special thematic issues focusing on organizational resilience during global crises, corporate venture building, or sustainable supply chain transformation may be commissioned by the Editorial Board.

Peer Review Process
FJMB enforces a strict double-blind peer review policy to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, analytical objectivity, and methodological validity across management and business disciplines.
  • Initial Desk Evaluation: Every submission undergoes a preliminary screening by the Editor-in-Chief or a relevant Subject Editor to assess thematic alignment, methodological soundness (quantitative survey rigor, qualitative case study depth, mixed-methods design, or econometric precision), and structural compliance. Plagiarism screening via Turnitin/iThenticate is strictly executed at this stage, requiring a similarity index below the journal's maximum threshold.
  • Expert Peer Review: Manuscripts passing the desk evaluation are anonymized and assigned to at least two independent international reviewers who are established academic experts or senior managerial researchers in the relevant domain.
  • Editorial Decision: Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editorial Board renders one of four decisions: Acceptance, Revisions Required (Minor/Major), Resubmit for Review, or Rejection. The final decision rests entirely on intellectual merit, theoretical rigor, empirical accuracy, and practical managerial impact.
