JHSP accepts original research articles, theoretical essays, and critical literature reviews across various interdisciplinary dimensions, including but not limited to:

  • Constitutional Law, Democracy, & Political Institutions: Dynamics of state authority, legislative processes, constitutional reform, electoral integrity, and political accountability.

  • Socio-Legal Studies & Social Justice: Public interest law, legal consciousness, advocacy for vulnerable populations, legal pluralism, and human rights implementation.

  • Political Economy of Law & Public Policy: Regulatory policy frameworks, governance reforms, corruption studies, and the legal impact of globalization on national sovereignty.
