NLSP invites high-quality original research articles, conceptual models, and critical review papers covering a broad spectrum of interdisciplinary studies, including but not limited to:

  • Political Jurisprudence & State Power: Judicial politics, constitutional design, executive-legislative dynamics, and the legal constraints on political power.

  • Law, Public Policy, & Institutional Governance: Policy formulation and evaluation, administrative reform, state-market relationships, and regulatory governance.

  • Socio-Political Movements & Civil Rights: Legal mobilization, citizenship, social movements, human rights advocacy, and structural inequality.

  • Global Governance, Sovereignty, & Transnational Politics: International legal institutions, geopolitical lawmaking, soft law frameworks, and cross-border regulatory politics.

  • Digital Politics, Media, & Law: Legal regulation of public discourse, digital surveillance, platform governance, and the socio-political implications of emerging technologies.
